Für eine Einzelvergrößerung gibst du den vollständigen Dateinamen aus deinem digitalen Index an. Ohne Index: Rolle und Bildnummer, bei geschnittenen Negativen zusätzlich den Streifen. Für Kontaktkopien brauchst du kein Zusatzformular: Wähle als Menge die Anzahl deiner Filmrollen. Wir printen jeweils die ganze Rolle. Nur wenn du einen Teil deiner eingesandten Rollen printen lassen möchtest, markiere die betreffenden Negativhüllen eindeutig mit „Kontaktkopie“.

VON HAND.
AUF FOTOPAPIER.
Für Einzelvergrößerungen projizieren wir dein Motiv durch den Vergrößerer auf lichtempfindliches Farbpapier. Für Kontaktkopien liegen die Negative direkt auf dem Papier. Beide Papierabzüge entwickeln wir im RA-4-Prozess; Farbe und Helligkeit stimmen wir von Hand ab.

Ausführung wählen. Für Kontaktkopien die Anzahl der Filmrollen als Menge wählen und direkt in den Warenkorb legen. Für Handprints das Motiv und den Standort der Negative im Zusatzformular angeben.
NEGATIV ABGEBEN
Wir benötigen die entwickelten Original-Farbnegative: das gewählte Motiv für einen Handprint oder die vollständigen Rollen für Kontaktkopien. Name und neue Bestellnummer beilegen. Nur wenn du Kontaktkopien für einen Teil deiner eingesandten Rollen bestellst, die betreffenden Negativhüllen eindeutig mit „Kontaktkopie“ markieren. Bei Handprints bleiben Motivangabe und Negativstandort im Formular erforderlich. Liegen deine Negative aus einem früheren Auftrag bereits im Lab, teile uns zur Zuordnung die bisherige und die neue Bestellnummer auf einem Begleitzettel oder per Nachricht mit.
PRINT ERHALTEN
Für beide Ausführungen: 5–7 Werktage, sobald die benötigten entwickelten Originalnegative vorliegen; bei Handprints zusätzlich die vollständige Motivangabe. Du erhältst Papierabzüge und Negative zusammen. Beim Versand kommt die Lieferzeit hinzu.

BY HAND.
ON PHOTO PAPER.
For individual enlargements, we project your image onto light-sensitive colour paper using an enlarger. For contact prints, the negatives are placed directly on the paper. Both paper prints are developed using the RA-4 process; we adjust colour and brightness by hand.
PLACE YOUR ORDER
Choose your print type. For contact prints, set the quantity to the number of film rolls and add them straight to your basket. For handprints, use the extra form to identify the image and state where your negatives are.
GET US YOUR NEGATIVE
We need your developed original colour negatives: the chosen frame for a handprint or the complete rolls for contact prints. Include your name and new order number. If you order contact prints for only some of the rolls you send, clearly mark those negative sleeves “Contact print”. Handprints still require image details and the location of your negatives in the form. If your negatives from a previous order are already at the lab, give us the previous and new order numbers on an accompanying note or in a message so we can match them.
RECEIVE YOUR PRINT
For both print types, allow 5–7 working days after we receive the required developed original negatives; handprints also require complete image details. You receive the paper prints and negatives together. Allow extra time for delivery.

Was ist ein RA-4-Handprint?
Ein von Hand vergrößerter Farbabzug direkt vom entwickelten Farbnegativ. Das Negativ wird optisch auf lichtempfindliches Farbpapier projiziert; anschließend entwickeln wir das Papier im RA-4-Prozess. Es ist kein Tintenstrahldruck und kein Thermodruck aus einer digitalen Datei.
Welche Größen und Preise gibt es?
Einzelvergrößerungen: 24 × 30 cm für 29,90 € oder 30 × 40 cm für 39,90 € pro Abzug. Analoge Kontaktkopie: ausschließlich 24 × 30 cm für 14,90 € pro vollständiger 35-mm- oder 120-Rolle auf einem Blatt. Alle Preise inkl. MwSt. Die Maße bezeichnen das Papier. Einzelvergrößerungen zeigen das ganze Motiv mit weißem Rand; die Randbreite hängt vom Negativformat ab.
Was ist eine analoge Kontaktkopie?
Ein echter RA-4-Papierabzug, bei dem die Negative direkt auf dem Fotopapier liegen und belichtet werden. Für 14,90 € erhältst du alle Bilder einer vollständigen 35-mm- oder 120-Rolle auf einem Blatt in 24 × 30 cm. Eine einzelne Aufnahme wird dabei nicht vergrößert. Die Menge entspricht der Anzahl deiner Filmrollen: pro Rolle ein Blatt. Du kannst Kontaktkopien direkt ohne Zusatzformular in den Warenkorb legen. Nur bei einer Teilmenge deiner eingesandten Rollen markierst du die betreffenden Negativhüllen eindeutig mit „Kontaktkopie“.
Ist die Kontaktkopie im digitalen Index enthalten?
Nein. Der digitale Bestellindex zur Auswahl deines Motivs ist inklusive. Der digitale Contact Sheet mit 40 Megapixeln und Filmrändern ist ein kostenpflichtiger Scan-Zusatz. Die analoge Kontaktkopie für 14,90 € ist eine separat bestellte Übersicht auf echtem Fotopapier.
Welche Filme eignen sich?
Entwickelte 35-mm- und 120-Farbnegative. Zunächst bieten wir ausschließlich RA-4-Farbabzüge an. Schwarzweiß-Handprints folgen später; Diafilme gehören nicht zu diesem Angebot.
Reicht eine digitale Datei?
Für beide Ausführungen brauchen wir deine entwickelten Original-Farbnegative. Für eine Kontaktkopie benötigen wir die Negative der gesamten Rolle. Scan und Index helfen bei der Zuordnung, ersetzen die Negative aber nicht.
Mein Film ist noch nicht entwickelt.
Kontaktkopien kannst du direkt zusammen mit der Entwicklung bestellen: Wähle eine Kontaktkopie pro Filmrolle. Nur wenn du einen Teil der eingesandten Rollen printen lassen möchtest, markiere diese Negativhüllen eindeutig mit „Kontaktkopie“. Für eine Einzelvergrößerung muss das Motiv feststehen; möchtest du es erst anhand der Scans auswählen, bestelle anschließend. Wähle für deine Negative Abholung oder Rückversand. Bei gebuchter Abholung bewahren wir sie sechs Wochen auf; längere Aufbewahrung oder Sammelrückversand bitte rechtzeitig abstimmen. Bereits entsorgte Negative können wir nicht printen.
Wo hole ich meinen Print ab?
Bei Spieker Film Lab, Humboldtstr. 128 / Souterrain, 22083 Hamburg. Abholung: 1,90 €. Bei Knackscharf in Altona kannst du nur Filme abgeben, keine Prints oder Negative abholen.

RA-4 PRINT QUESTIONS.
What is an RA-4 handprint?
A colour print hand-enlarged directly from a developed colour negative. The negative is optically projected onto light-sensitive colour paper, which is then developed using the RA-4 process. It is not an inkjet or thermal print made from a digital file.
What sizes and prices are available?
Individual enlargements: 24 × 30 cm for €29.90 or 30 × 40 cm for €39.90 per print. Analogue contact print: 24 × 30 cm only, €14.90 per complete 35mm or 120 roll on one sheet. All prices include VAT. Dimensions refer to the paper. Enlargements show the full image with a white border; border width depends on the negative format.
What is an analogue contact print?
A physical RA-4 print made by placing the negatives directly on photographic paper and exposing them. For €14.90, you receive all frames from one complete 35mm or 120 roll on one 24 × 30 cm sheet. It does not enlarge an individual image. Quantity means the number of film rolls: one sheet per roll. Add contact prints straight to your basket without an extra form. If you only want prints of some of the rolls you send, clearly mark those negative sleeves “Contact print”.
Is the contact print included with the digital index?
No. The digital index for choosing your image is included. The 40-megapixel digital contact sheet with film borders is a paid scanning extra. The €14.90 analogue contact print is a separately ordered overview on photographic paper.
Which film can you print?
Developed 35mm and 120 colour negatives. We currently offer RA-4 colour prints only. Black-and-white handprints will follow later; slide film is not included in this service.
Is a digital file enough?
For both print types, we need your developed original colour negatives. A contact print requires the negatives from the whole roll. Scans and the index help identify them, but cannot replace the negatives.
My film has not been developed yet.
You can order contact prints straight away with processing: choose one contact print per film roll. If you only want prints of some of the rolls you send, clearly mark those negative sleeves “Contact print”. For an enlargement, you must choose the image first; if you want to choose after viewing the scans, order afterwards. Select collection or return shipping for your negatives. We keep negatives awaiting collection for six weeks; please arrange longer storage or a combined return in advance. Negatives that have been disposed of cannot be printed.
Where do I collect my print?
At Spieker Film Lab, Humboldtstraße 128, lower ground floor, 22083 Hamburg. Collection: €1.90. Knackscharf in Altona is for film drop-off only; you cannot collect prints or negatives there.
