& SCAN
Für deine belichtete, noch nicht entwickelte Filmrolle. Wir entwickeln den Film und digitalisieren die Bilder. Du erhältst deine Aufnahmen als digitale Bilddateien.
Finde unten deinen Filmtyp. Wähle dazu dein Format: 35 mm oder 120. M und XL bezeichnen die Größe der Scandateien.
C-41 / FARBE
Für Farbnegativfilme: Nach der Entwicklung entstehen Negative, aus denen wir deine digitalen Farbbilder scannen.
SO ERKENNST DU IHN
Auf Packung oder Filmpatrone steht meist „C-41“, „Color Negative“ oder „Colour Negative“. Zum Beispiel Kodak Gold, Portra oder UltraMax.
Auch Ilford XP2 gehört hierher: Er macht Schwarzweißbilder, wird aber im C-41-Prozess entwickelt.

DEVELOPMENT
& SCAN
For your exposed, undeveloped film. We process your roll and scan the images. You receive your photographs as digital files.
First find your film type below. Then choose your format: 35 mm or 120. M and XL are scan file sizes.
C-41 / COLOUR
For colour negative film. We develop your roll, then scan the negatives to create your digital colour images.
HOW TO IDENTIFY IT
Look for “C-41”, “Color Negative” or “Colour Negative” on the box or film cartridge. Examples include Kodak Gold, Portra and UltraMax.
Ilford XP2 belongs here too: it produces black & white images but uses the C-41 process.

BLACK & WHITE
For traditional black & white negative film. We process each film with the appropriate development settings, then scan your images in black & white.
HOW TO IDENTIFY IT
Check for “Black & White”, “B&W” or “Schwarzweiß” and the film name. Typical examples are Ilford HP5 Plus and FP4 Plus. If the film also says “C-41”, choose C-41.

E-6 / SLIDE
For colour slide film. Once developed, the film shows a positive colour image. You also receive digital scans.
HOW TO IDENTIFY IT
Look for “E-6”, “Slide Film”, “Color Reversal” or “Diafilm” on the packaging. Kodak Ektachrome E100 is one example.
Allow extra time: E-6 can take longer than C-41 and black & white processing.

APS FILM
We also develop and scan APS film in C-41 and black & white. The corresponding 35 mm XL price always applies. When ordering, select 35 mm, XL and the appropriate film process.

Email a photo of the box or cartridge to info@spiekerfilmlab.de. Keep the film sealed. Numbers such as ISO 200 or 400 indicate film speed, not the development process.

Your film roll will be developed and digitized. You’ll also receive a print of each photo in 10 × 15 cm format.
For 35mm film, the complete package costs €10.00 more than processing and scans alone. The prices below include processing, scans and 10 × 15 cm prints of every frame.

HALF-FRAME FILM
Half-frame film produces twice as many images. The total print surcharge is €20.00 per roll instead of €10.00, on top of processing and scans. The difference from the standard print package is charged after processing.

04 / FROM FILM TO NEGATIVE
PROCESSING ONLY
We'll develop your exposed roll of film. You'll receive developed negatives—no digital scans and no prints. Perfect if you want to scan or enlarge the images yourself.
C-41 standard process. We develop black-and-white film using a process tailored to each roll. Choose in the shop what you'd like us to do with your negatives afterward.

SCAN M OR XL?
M und XL sind digitale Scangrößen, keine Papierformate. M eignet sich zum Anschauen, Teilen und für kleinere Prints. XL bietet mehr Bildpunkte, wenn du Ausschnitte bearbeiten oder größer drucken möchtest. Beide zeigen das vollständige Motiv.
Die Vergleichsgrafik zeigt ein 35-mm-Beispiel. Für 120-Mittelformatfilm bieten wir ausschließlich XL an; die Pixelmaße hängen vom Negativformat ab.
M and XL are digital scan file sizes, not paper sizes. M is suitable for viewing, sharing and small prints. XL provides more pixels for cropping and larger prints. Both contain the complete image.
The comparison graphic shows a 35mm example. For 120 medium-format film, we offer XL only; pixel dimensions depend on the negative format.

Der Aufpreis hängt vom gewählten Service und Format ab; der Gesamtpreis erscheint bei der Auswahl im Shop. Der Bestellindex zur Bildauswahl für Handprints ist inklusive. Beide sind digitale Dateien, keine Papierabzüge.
The 40-megapixel digital contact sheet with film borders is a paid extra. The additional charge depends on the selected service and format; the total price is shown when you select your options in the shop. The image-selection index for ordering handprints is included. Both are digital files, not paper prints.
ANALOGE FARBABZÜGE
RA-4
FARBABZÜGE
Dein Lieblingsmotiv als Handprint-Einzelvergrößerung oder alle Bilder deiner Filmrolle als analoge Kontaktkopie. Beide fertigen wir in unserer Dunkelkammer von deinen entwickelten Originalfarbnegativen in 35 mm oder 120.
Bei einer Einzelvergrößerung zeigen wir das ganze Motiv mit weißem Rand. Die Maße bezeichnen das Papierformat; Bildfläche und Randbreite hängen vom Negativformat ab.
Für eine Kontaktkopie legen wir die Negative deiner vollständigen Rolle direkt auf ein 24 × 30 cm Blatt Fotopapier und belichten sie im Kontakt. Du erhältst eine Übersicht auf echtem RA-4-Fotopapier.
Herstellung: 5–7 Werktage, sobald die entwickelten Originalnegative im Lab vorliegen; bei Handprints zusätzlich die vollständige Motivangabe. Bei Versand kommt die Lieferzeit hinzu.
Im Shop unter „Ausführung“ wählen. Kontaktkopien kommen ohne Zusatzformular in den Warenkorb; die Menge entspricht der Anzahl der Filmrollen, je ein Blatt pro Rolle. Nur bei einer Teilmenge der eingesandten Rollen die entsprechenden Negativhüllen mit „Kontaktkopie“ markieren. Für Handprints bleibt die Motivangabe erforderlich.

RA-4
COLOUR PRINTS
Your favourite image as an individual hand enlargement, or every frame on your roll as an analogue contact print. We make both in our darkroom from your developed original colour negatives, in 35mm or 120 format.
An individual enlargement shows the full image with a white border. The dimensions refer to paper size; the image area and border width depend on the negative format.
For a contact print, we place all the negatives from one complete roll directly onto one 24 × 30 cm sheet of photographic paper and expose them in contact. You receive an overview on real RA-4 photographic paper.
Turnaround: 5–7 working days once we have the developed original negatives; handprints also require complete image details. Allow additional time for delivery.
Choose your print type in the shop. Contact prints go straight into your basket without an extra form; quantity means the number of film rolls, with one sheet per roll. If you only want prints of some of the rolls you send, mark those negative sleeves “Contact print”. Handprints still require image details.

Your negatives are your original film. When ordering online, choose collection at the lab, return shipping or disposal.

Wähle bei deiner Bestellung Abholung im Laden. Wir bewahren deine Negative sechs Wochen auf. Hole sie in der Humboldtstraße 128 ab. Längere Aufbewahrung oder Sammelrückversand bitte rechtzeitig mit uns abstimmen.
Select collection from the shop when ordering. We keep your negatives for six weeks. Collect them at Humboldtstraße 128. Please arrange longer storage or a combined return with us in advance.
