HOW TO SEND US YOUR FILM

1. BOOK YOUR FILM SERVICE ONLINE

Choose the film processing and/or scanning services you need in our online shop and add them to your cart.
At checkout, choose return shipping for your negatives, storage at the lab for a combined return shipment, or disposal.
Complete your purchase and payment.
You’ll receive an order confirmation with your order number.

2. Pack your films securely

There are many ways to package your films. To ensure that your films arrive safely, please package them with care.

Please write your order number on the shipping envelope or write it—along with your name—on a small piece of paper and place it inside the envelope. We have already received all other information online.
The maximum length of the box or shipping envelope should be 30 cm so that it fits in the package box.

3. Send your package to us

We accept all shipments from major shipping carriers. We recommend sending your films via Deutsche Post as a “Groß/Maxibrief” (large/maxi letter).

If desired, we’ll return your negatives via Deutsche Post. We’ll use the address you provide as the return address for your negatives. Alternatively, you have the option to have us dispose of your negatives or to pay €1.90 per order to have us store your negatives.
As soon as you request a return shipment, we will send you all your negatives. When requesting the return of stored negatives, please let us know that you want us to send back all negatives currently in our possession:

Alternatively, you can drop off your order in our drop-off box at Humboldtstraße 128 at any time of day or night. Please write your name and order number on the package or shipping envelope before dropping it off, or include a small note inside the package.

4. Get your scans online

We will process and scan your order and send you the finished scans via a download link to the email address you provided during the ordering process. We assume no liability for lost shipments or damage to the film.
